What does stickiness mean?

Stickiness is a conceptual term used in product management referrring to the tendency to gain repeat business: continuing product usage via a well-thought product design. Stickiness of a product is influenced by multiple factors such as user interface design, product quality, ease of use, pricing and customer experience.
